IP Ban?

Hey if a mod or admin could figure out why at home I'm IP banned yet can still post elsewhere...that'd be great. Not sure what I did to warrant that but any reply would be greatful. Thank you!

You used a different username at home with the same IP as this one. We consider that ghost posting. That's one of the reasons you are on Post Review under this username. I suggest you e-mail our head moderator at wilheim@therx.com and person19481950@yahoo.com and discuss the matter with him. He has the final decision.

Well I've emailed numerous times...but if he's busy then what can I do? There's been no reply from anyone. I didn't know it was so hard to tick off someones IP so they can go back to posting regularly again. Thanks though...
